POLICY

1.CHECK –IN TIME: 17-21 pm. Please, inform us about check-in time. Different check-in time is possible,please, contact the staff.

2.CHECK-OUT TIME: till 10 am. For later check-out, please, contact the staff on the reception.

We can charge you extra one night of staying, if you check out later than 10 am.

3.BREAKFAST TIME: 7.30-8.30 am.

4.HOW TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION:

A: payment on out bank-account number

B: you provide us credit card details (card type, card number, card holders name, expiration date, CVC code)  No prepayment needed, you pay at the property

5. CANCELLATION: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. Guest must receive the confirmation about cancellation from the property.  The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival

6.NO-SHOW POLICY: If the guest does not show up they will be charged the total price
